about me 

I help organisations navigate change, align people around a shared direction and turn strategy into action.

Today, I lead global marketing and communications for Design Bridge and Partners, part of WPP, the world's most awarded brand design agency - building reputation, creating demand and supporting growth across a network of 800 brilliant people across 12 studios.

Over the past 25 years, I've worked at the intersection of brand, communications and business transformation, helping organisations navigate change, sharpen their positioning, unite stakeholders around a common vision and translate strategy into measurable business impact.

The red thread throughout has been storytelling, which has shaped every stage of my career. I began as a television producer before moving into global marketing and communications, where I discovered that the same principles apply whether you're producing a television programme, selling products or services, or leading a business through change: understand your audience, shape a compelling narrative and inspire people to act.

 

Originally from Dublin, I've since lived and worked in London, Sydney and Singapore, holding senior leadership roles with organisations including M+C Saatchi Group, Omnicom Media Group, PHD, OMD and Mediacom (now EssenceMediacom). I've partnered with many of the world's greatest brands including Google, HP, Audi, P&G, Unilever, GSK, Bayer, PepsiCo and Barclays.

Throughout my career, I've found myself sitting at the intersestion of strategy, creativity and delivery, and am at my best helping leadership teams shape ambitious ideas, build alignment and turn them into outcomes that make a measurable difference to the business.
